We have two houses we have purchased to rebuild for resale
and this is just a self-serving little link to showcase them. The pictured one is a nice sized cabin (1450 sq ft.) I am remodeling
to sell. The cabin is located in Clare and is for sale by owner (me). If someone is looking to get a great deal on a weekend
retreat but cant afford to build or simply do not want to wait to build a new house, this place will be finished soon. The
cabin is being completely gutted and refurbished and if you check it out and make me an offer before I complete it you can
pick out the wall colors, carpets, and kitchen cabinets and countertops.
